Lydian Eleanor Beck, 21 of New Bowers Rd., Lexington died Saturday December 22, 2012 at Wake Forest Medical Center in Winston Salem from injuries received in a car accident

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday December 23, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Becks Lutheran Church with Rev. Angie Jackson officiating.

The family will receive friends in the Becks Lutheran Church Parlor from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service.

Lydian was born in Davidson County on November 21, 1991 to Howard Kent Beck and Sam Leonard Beck. She graduated in 2010 from Central Davidson High School and was a junior at UNC Wilmington. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Howard Lohr Beck.

Surviving are her parents of the home, brother, Barret Beck, of Lexington and sister Lohr Beck of Atlanta GA, grandparents, Brice and Jean Sheets Leonard and Mae Snider Beck all of Lexington, by Tony Beck and Donna Younts, Shawn and Amy (Leonard) De Forest, all of Lexington, Cindy Leonard of Winston Salem and Art Leonard of Lexington, cousins, Melanie & Stuart Leonard.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lydian Beck memorial fund for the benefit of Central Davidson High School at Industrial Federal Bank or to the Positive Wellness Alliance.
